Social Media Intern

Position type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week)

Location: Remote

  • Persons residing in the United States with the proper work authorization, will be hired as employees.
  • Persons residing outside the United States will be considered for hiring as independent contractors.

  • and lastly Proof of Proof (PoP), a universal verifiable computing framework based on formal methods and zero-knowledge technologies to enable trustless remote computing, AI, and interoperable smart contracts for any blockchain or dApp.

We are seeking an experienced social media intern to execute our social media strategy across X and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing social profiles within the Web3 space, is active and on-top of the latest trends and discussions on crypto Twitter, and skilled at writing smart, bold, and engaging social content to reach our target audiences.

Responsibilities

Social Management

  • Maintains Pi2’s corporate social channels, including X and LinkedIn. This includes writing, editing and posting social content for these channels in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging in our brand’s tone of voice.
  • Owns the social content calendar, planning out posts for the week with the CMO and proposing new ideas to help achieve our social growth goals.
  • Collaborates with design/video editing consultants on creating engaging visuals and videos for social posts.
  • Supports executives and internal KOLs on growing their X profiles.
  • Develops social content plans around industry events to increase reach and engagement with our sessions and activities onsite.
  • Stay up-to-date with crypto Twitter trends, and identify opportunities to improve and iterate on social content strategies to better reach and engage our target audiences.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze metrics across social platforms weekly and make real-time adjustments.
  • Provide monthly social reports to the CMO, reporting on key metrics, top-performing content, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Adapt strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in or currently studying marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • Skilled social writer with the ability to be develop engaging content quickly
  • Understanding of effective social content strategies on crypto Twitter
  • Curious, with a strong desire to learn and try new things
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a proactive and self-driven work ethic.
  • Available for a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Fluent in English
